• NO Smoking or drinking in this home! A $200.00 minimum fee will be charged if there are any signs/smell of smoking in the house!

• NO drinking or eating in bedrooms
• Please be respectful of neighbors, keep noise down after 10:00 pm
• Occupancy Limit is 8 guests

Check-Out Instructions

• put the dirty towels and bed sheets in the laundry
• empty all trash cans and put them outside in the large trash cans beside the house (inside the fence)
• garbage man picks up trash on Mondav mornings. Set out large trash cans by the road on Sundav evening
• make sure pool temp is turned down to 70 degrees
• lock all doors and windows
• turn off all fans and lights
• clean out fridge (get rid of vour food unless you think the next guests can use it)
